Trump Wants To Impeach This Traitor

President Donald Trump sharply criticized the federal judge who recently halted his administration’s efforts to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members, calling him “crooked” and an “agitator,” and urging impeachment for obstructing national security.

U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s plan to utilize the Alien Enemies Act—a rarely invoked 18th-century wartime statute—to expedite deportations of suspected gang members from Venezuela. Trump had declared members of the Tren de Aragua gang as an invading force, asserting they posed an immediate threat to public safety.

In a passionate post Tuesday morning on Truth Social, Trump expressed his frustration, writing: “This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY.”

When approached by the media for a response, a representative from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, where Judge Boasberg serves as chief judge, declined to comment on the controversy.

Trump’s heated response underscores a growing frustration within his administration regarding judicial interference in executive decisions—particularly on matters of immigration enforcement and national security. Administration officials argue that judicial rulings such as Boasberg’s impede efforts to secure America’s borders and maintain public safety, labeling such actions judicial overreach.

Conversely, opponents of Trump’s administration view the judiciary as a critical safeguard against presidential overreach, emphasizing that actions like invoking the Alien Enemies Act stretch beyond acceptable constitutional limits. They maintain that courts are essential for preventing executive abuses of power, especially when civil liberties and due process rights might be compromised.

The ongoing legal conflict highlights the significant tensions between the Trump administration and the federal judiciary. As similar legal battles continue to unfold across various policy fronts, many experts predict these disputes will escalate to the conservative-leaning Supreme Court. Ultimately, these cases could profoundly reshape the boundaries and scope of executive authority in American government.
