Trump Makes Democrats Cry After This Move

Former President Trump has recently brought on board two notable figures to join his transition team: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard from Hawaii. Both Kennedy and Gabbard are stepping into formal roles shortly after endorsing Trump, marking a significant expansion of support that crosses traditional party lines.

In a statement, senior campaign adviser Brian Hughes expressed enthusiasm about the new additions. He highlighted the growing coalition of Trump’s supporters, saying, “With Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard now part of the Trump/Vance Transition team, we’re excited to have their influential voices as we work to bring America back to its former greatness.”

The New York Times was the first to report on Kennedy and Gabbard’s involvement with the transition team, a move that has already generated considerable interest. Kennedy, during a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News host, all but confirmed his new role. “I’ve been asked to join the transition team to help select the people who will be running the government, and I’m eager to get started,” Kennedy shared.

Just last week, Kennedy suspended his independent campaign for the White House and threw his support behind Trump. This endorsement is seen as a strategic win for Trump, particularly in key battleground states where Kennedy had been drawing some support away from the former president.

Tulsi Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party in 2022 and has since become a prominent figure in conservative media, endorsed Trump earlier this week. In addition to her new role on the transition team, Gabbard has also been helping Trump prepare for an upcoming debate with Vice President Kamala Harris scheduled for September 10th.

Earlier this month, Trump announced the leadership for his transition team, which is tasked with laying the foundation for personnel and policy decisions should he win the election in November. The team is being led by Linda McMahon, a top donor and former head of the Small Business Administration during Trump’s first term, alongside businessman Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, a major financial firm.

Trump’s running mate, Senator JD Vance from Ohio, will serve as an honorary chair, along with Trump’s elder sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. These appointments signal a determined and well-organized effort to prepare for a potential return to the White House.
