Popular Democrat Endorses Trump

Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party in 2022, has announced her support for former President Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Gabbard made the endorsement during a National Guard Association event in Michigan, where Trump was also present.

In her statement, Gabbard expressed deep concerns about the current administration, highlighting the growing number of global conflicts and the increased risk of nuclear war. She cited these issues as key reasons for her decision to back Trump, emphasizing her belief in his ability to lead the nation as commander in chief once again.

Gabbard, who ran an unsuccessful campaign in the 2020 Democratic primary, has since left Congress and distanced herself from the Democratic Party. Over the past few years, she has become more prominent in conservative circles, even appearing at events like the Conservative Political Action Conference.

Recently, Gabbard has been meeting with Trump as part of his preparation for the upcoming debate against Vice President Harris. Her endorsement follows the decision of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to suspend his independent presidential bid and support Trump, a move that the Trump campaign views as a significant boost, particularly in key battleground states.
