Dems Blame Trump Of Voter Fraud

A Democratic congressman has urged for an inquiry following President Trump’s remarks about an associate’s profound knowledge of Pennsylvania’s voting machines, which he suggested contributed to his win in the state during the 2024 election. These comments have led some to wonder whether he was implicitly acknowledging election rigging.

Trump, who is notorious for his claims of voter fraud, particularly the assertion that Democrats rigged the 2020 election against him, has accepted the outcome of the 2024 election that he won. However, his recent statement during a Tuesday speech about his ally’s detailed understanding of the voting machines caught many by surprise.

At a rally in Washington on Sunday, Trump praised Elon Musk’s extensive expertise with the voting machines used in Pennsylvania, a critical swing state in Trump’s November victory. “He knows those computers better than anybody. All those computers. Those vote-counting computers,” Trump declared to his audience. “And we ended up winning Pennsylvania like in a landslide.”

Although Trump did not explicitly state that the vote tabulation was tampered with, his remarks quickly sparked controversy among his critics, who interpreted it as an admission of using Musk’s technical knowledge to manipulate voter results.

Journalist David Leavitt raised a pointed question on social media: “Did Donald Trump just say that Elon Musk helped him rig the election?” In response, Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett of Texas and Daniel Goldman of New York voiced their concerns on social media platform X, questioning if Trump was “confessing to yet another damn crime” and calling for an investigation into the matter.

Regarding voting integrity, Pennsylvania’s official site states that as of June 2020, all 67 counties have upgraded to voting systems that produce voter-verifiable paper records and comply with modern standards of security, auditability, and accessibility. Nonetheless, the 2024 election faced scrutiny when a software issue in Cambria County caused ballots to be unscannable and subsequently counted manually by election officials. Despite these challenges, Trump secured the state with 50.4% of the vote.

Adding to the controversy, a recent report by the non-profit organization Smart Elections expressed “serious concerns” about potential vote tampering in the 2024 election, citing “unnatural data patterns.” The report also mentioned unconfirmed suspicions that code might have been installed on certain tabulators to alter vote counts discreetly after 400 ballots, a tactic designed to avoid detection during minor recounts.

These unfolding events and allegations have intensified the call for a thorough investigation into the integrity of the 2024 election results.
