Democrats can’t be happy about this!
According to United Press, President Joe Biden told members of Congress that he is “prepared to compromise” on his $2.3 trillion infrastructure bill over concerns of increased government spending.
“As I indicated earlier, I am prepared to compromise, prepared to do what we can get together on. It’s a big package, but there are a lot of needs,” Biden said to a bipartisan group of 10 lawmakers. “I’ve noticed everybody is for infrastructure, the question is, who’s going to pay for it, and that’s what we’re going to try to work out today.”
