Biden AG Sabotages Trump Presidency

Attorney General Merrick Garland has announced plans to publicly release special counsel Jack Smith’s final report, which details allegations that Donald Trump engaged in criminal activities to undermine the 2020 election and disenfranchise voters. However, Garland will not release a second volume of the report that deals with accusations against Trump regarding the mishandling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence after his presidency ended in 2021.

This decision was disclosed in a Justice Department court filing on Wednesday, which opposed Trump’s attempt to prevent the release of Smith’s report. The filing highlighted that Trump, now President-elect, is not currently a defendant in any Special Counsel investigations following the dismissal of both cases against him. These dismissals occurred after his re-election in November, adhering to longstanding Department of Justice policies that avoid prosecuting a sitting president.
